Thank you for shopping at Britt & Boo! In the event that you are unhappy with your
purchase, we’re here to help!
You can return or exchange unworn items, that are in the same condition that you received it within 7 days from the date you received it. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will then notify you on the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes to receive your credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
If you prefer to exchange your item for something else, please let us know and we will assist you with processing an exchange.
